Cannot hear the audio in the scenario on Apple iOS?

If you are using an iPhone and cannot hear the guest or scenario audio, you may need to use the side button on the left-hand side of your device.

Please check the following:

  • Make sure your phone is not on silent

  • Click the side button on the left

  • Turn the volume up using your phone’s volume controls

This is a common issue on iOS devices and can usually be fixed in seconds.
