How to use the management portal

The ImmersiV XP Management Portal dashboard is a high-level command center designed for Optimisation and real-time oversight of your immersive ecosystem. It provides a data-driven overview that allows administrators to monitor performance, manage content, and scale operations across the business.

Based on the interface, the dashboard is divided into several key functional areas:

1. Performance Analytics (Optimisation)

  • Total Sessions: Displays the cumulative number of immersive training or experience sessions completed.

  • Active Devices: Shows the real-time status and count of connected hardware, such as VR headsets.

  • Total Users: Tracks the total number of unique participants registered or active within the system.

  • Average Session Time: Monitors engagement levels by showing the mean duration users spend within an experience (typically around 6-minute modules for maximum retention).

2. Strategic Insights

  • Usage Trends: A visual graph (typically a line chart) that tracks session activity over time, allowing you to identify peak usage periods and evaluate the impact of new content rollouts.

  • Experience Ranking: A breakdown of the most popular Scenarios, helping you understand which modules are most effective or frequently utilized by your team.

3. Management & Control

  • Scenario Library: Direct access to manage and deploy specific environments like Hazard Identification, Virtual Showroom, or Safety Drills.

  • User & Device Management: Sections dedicated to onboarding new staff, assigning permissions, and ensuring all hardware is updated and functional.

4. Navigation & Brand Voice

The sidebar provides intuitive navigation to core areas including Analytics, Scenarios, Devices, Users, and Settings, ensuring the complex backend of VR remains accessible and "on brand" for all administrators.

What the Scenarios Section is About

This section allows managers & administrators to organise different virtual experiences by name, providing a quick overview of the available content. It is designed for Optimisation, allowing users to easily navigate and deploy specific simulations to connected headsets or devices.
