How to Add New Users

Within the portal, you can easily invite individual team members or bulk-upload your entire department. Once added:

• Instant Access: The system automatically sends a "Welcome" email to each user containing their unique login credentials.

• The Resource Hub: This email also includes direct links to our User Hub, a central library filled with everything they need to succeed—from "how-to" videos to VR safety tips.

• Ready to Play: With these resources at their fingertips, your team can move from "new user" to "active learner" without needing a lengthy manual or extra supervision.
